Christopher's adorable baby curls had gotten a little out of control, so Conan gave him a hair cut in October. (Yes, he was almost 2 1/2 when he got his hair cut for the first time).

We tied it in ribbons so we could save a curl.

That's a lot of hair! I had to hold back the tears when I saw all of it on the ground.
